Just say the word ginger and my mouth starts watering! I love ginger! Mary Ann wasn't too bad either :) Lately I've really been getting into it. I have tea with lemon and ginger (good for digestion) bought a box of ginger candy in the International District, have a favorite london broil recipe which includes a marinade that I chop crystalized ginger into, etc! The thought of making cupcakes and having these on top is a great idea! Ginger is so good for you and so yummy it's great!
