This Giveaway Has Ended -- Mohawk Home Area Rug Review and Giveaway

My house isn't very old (going on 15 years) but there are definitely a lot of little (and some not-so-little) DIY projects on my list. The layout is fine, but the living room is a bit long and narrow, and since the front door opens almost right into it, it can feel like a room you might want to pass right through.

To bring it together and make it "feel like a room," and not a hallway, it definitely needs an area rug. When I was offered the chance to pick out a rug for review from Mohawk Home I was thrilled. I really wanted something that would incorporate the colors I have in my house to bring the room together, but that might be a big task.

Mohawk Home rugs are available in so many stores, and I was able to search online for just the right one, keeping the colors I was looking for in mind. Unbelievably, I actually found one that had the color of my curtains, my walls, and my sofa all in the same rug--it even had a shade that seemed coordinate with my hardwood floor. I ordered it, and when it arrived it was even a better match in person.
