It's finally here--the time of year a lot of you have been waiting for! Of course, I'm talking about football season. We love football at our house. In fact, my husband and oldest son even got to take in a Carolina Panthers game this past weekend!

For the rest of the season we'll be cheering our favorite teams from home. Yes, that is teams--in our house it's the Panthers and the Packers. 

We want to go a little beyond the ordinary on game day, so I've teamed up with Family Dollar, P & G, and Pepsi. We're bringing you some ideas on how you can "Gather 'Em Up For Game Day" including fun printables you can use to make football season a little more exciting this year!

So, let's plan a football viewing party...

Planning your party

Head to Family Dollar for some cleaning supplies so that the house is in tip-top shape! I grabbed Swiffer dry cloth refills for my Swiffer Sweep & Trap and refill liquid for my Swiffer Wet Jet. The Swiffer Wet Jet makes cleaning all my floors super easy, and the Sweept & Trap is great for staying on top of little messes every day. I also picked up some Febreze which is a great fabric refresher for the living room sofa and pillows.

Family Dollar carries all your game day food and drinks, like Pepsi, tortilla chips, potato chips, and dip. My husband made his famous salsa, and hot dogs and hamburgers will be on the grill. Of course, Family Dollar has your hot dog and hamburger buns, ketchup, mustard, and more party food at great prices. 

For the kids, I grabbed some Quaker chewy granola  bars too. Chocolate chip is my son's favorite.

Bounty paper towels will be close by for the little spills that are bound to happen, and since I'm planning ahead, I picked up some extra Duracell batteries for the remote. You know we don't want the remote to stop working!

Party day

I want my guys looking good--of course I always do. I got them Old Spice Swagger antiperspirant and Head and Shoulders shampoo at Family Dollar. To keep their clothes looking and smelling good, I grabbed Tide Pods and these Gain Fireworks in-wash scent boosters. I love that Family Dollar has all the name brands my family trusts so reasonably-priced. 

Right before the game, I get all the food set up, and we're ready for the game (or games) to start!
