Talking Anya Dress-up & Pet Puppies App Review
This is a sponsored post on behalf of Talking Anya Dress Up & Pet Puppies via Sverve. As always, all opinions are my own. See full disclosure policy here.
One of my Anya creations
I love a good deal, and I'm happy to tell you this fun app is free for iphone and ipad on iTunes.
I recently checked it out, and if you have a little girl who likes to play dress up or dress up her dolls, she will love this. Talking Anya is so much more than dress up though, she laughs when you tickle her, she dances to music, and so much more--and this is just in the free version!
Your child can change Anya's hairstyle and color, change her clothes, put sunglasses on her, and more. It's all easy to do even for little ones just by pressing the touchscreen "buttons" at the bottom of the screen.
It reminds me of the paper dolls I had when I was very little, but Anya is animated, and her clothes, hair, and more can change at the touch of a button. There are also outfits for Anya for Summer, Winter, Christmas, and Halloween. You can even dress her like a fairy or a princess.
Another of my Anya creations.
One other feature I love is that if you're near someone else with the Talking Anya app, the two Anyas can play together and toss a ball back and forth between the two animated girls. How fun is that?
Talking Anya with her puppies
Any little girl would love this app. I think just the free version is a lot of fun, and the paid features start at just 99¢. I would use these as a special treat. (By the way, your child won't be able to buy something without your permission. The app stops them if they hit a button for something that's "locked.")
Between the dress-up, the games you can add on, the puppies, and everything else Anya can do, I know this app will put a smile on your child's face.

Prom Dress Shopping? Find Gorgeous, Affordable Dresses at JenJenHouse!
This is a sponsored post on behalf of JenJenHouse via Sverve. As always, all opinions are my own. See full disclosure policy here.
It may still feel like winter for many of us, but spring's around the corner. For teenagers, that means prom season.
Over the years, high school proms have gotten more and more elaborate and more expensive. When I went to high school, proms were important, but they were always held in the high school gym, the students did the decorating, and the budget came from our school fundraisers.
Proms are still the highlight of the year for many teens, especially girls. But, today's teens spend much more on prom, and I know they spend much more on their dresses. With all of the expense that goes into getting ready for a prom, why overspend on a dress that will probably be worn only once?
One way to save if you have a teen girl is to shop for her dress at JenJenHouse. They have an incredible selection of beautiful, yet affordable prom dresses to choose from in every color and style you can imagine.
Take a look at the dresses here: http://www.jenjenhouse.com/Prom-Dresses-c18/, and you will definitely find more than a few that you'll love! These dresses are so gorgeous, and notice too that many of them come in more colors than just the ones in the photos. Your teen will almost certainly be able to find a style and a color that's just right for her.
If you're concerned about fit, you'll see that as you choose your color and size, you can also select "custom size." You'll be able to fill in measurement information to make sure the dress you order fits perfectly. (By the way, all of the dresses I looked at were available in plus sizes.)
It looks like there's a dress for everyone at JenJenHouse, so if you have a daughter going to prom, check it out!
