Try the Free Oral-B Disney Timer App, and Your Kids May Just Ask to Brush Their Teeth!
This paid post is brought to you by the new free Oral-B Disney Timer App as part of a Type-A Parent Community Sponsored Post.
Do your kids like to brush their teeth? Really? For the whole two minutes? Dentists recommend brushing twice a day for two minutes. If your kids will do that happily, consider yourself lucky!
Every morning when it's time to get ready for school, my youngest son will do anything to put off brushing his teeth. He'll get his shoes on and do everything else in his morning routine before brushing his teeth. And brushing for for the full two minutes? That's another battle.
When he was little, we did some crazy things to get him to want to brush, including making a "Tooth Fairy pay chart" like this one. He had things he wanted to buy, so money was a motivator. Unfortunately, he doesn't believe in the Tooth Fairy anymore, but it was nice while it lasted.
Now he's into video games and apps, so the free Oral-B Disney Timer App was right up his alley!
If you haven't tried it, you and your kids are going to love it. Here's how it works:
- Download the FREE Oral-B Disney Timer App here (You know I like free!)
- Let your child set up their "profile" with their name and their favorite Disney or Marvel character. (It was Iron Man for us.)
- Scan your Crest toothpaste or Oral-B toothbrush.
- Your child will be able to watch reward stickers appear when they brush for the recommended two minutes.
- The more they brush, the more stickers they'll collect for their album!
- You and your child can see their progress on the Brushing Calendar. (You might want to reward them for a successful week or month of brushing.)
With the Oral-B Disney Timer App, your kids may even ask to brush their teeth!
I resorted to Tooth Fairy "bribery." What's the craziest thing you've done to make brushing less of a struggle at your house?
This paid post is brought to you by the new free Oral-B Disney Timer App as part of a Type-A Parent Community Sponsored Post. Featuring sixteen of your favorite Disney and Marvel characters, use this app to seamlessly encourage your kids to brush longer. Collect a new digital sticker after each successful two minutes of brushing; track progress with stars and milestone badges on the Brushing Calendar. Longer, happier brushing for your little one is just a download away!

My son is almost two and I get him to brush his teeth before bed. He enjoys it!
This is great! My kids are usually pretty good about brushing their teeth, but this app would just make it better. And I'm loving the Tooth Fairy pay chart!
I am so amazed...they have an app for EVERYTHING!!!! I will definitely have to share this with my sweet little niece!
