I have always loved the flavor of ginger. Ginger tea and crystalized ginger is wonder for a pick me up! I think the candies would be wonderful to try and I'm sure I would enjoy them!

Just say the word ginger and my mouth starts watering! I love ginger! Mary Ann wasn't too bad either :) Lately I've really been getting into it. I have tea with lemon and ginger (good for digestion) bought a box of ginger candy in the International District, have a favorite london broil recipe which includes a marinade that I chop crystalized ginger into, etc! The thought of making cupcakes and having these on top is a great idea! Ginger is so good for you and so yummy it's great!
I love ginger in all forms. Crystallized ginger is really good with the tang of the ginger contrasting with the sweetness of the sugar. I would love to try the Ginger People's candy.
