Of course, most of us like to shop for clothes. Since becoming a mom of boys, I
always have one of them with me, and the women’s department is not
where they like to hang out. The rare times I do get to shop alone, it
seems I am in a rush, and I usually spend the time I have looking for clothes
for the kids or my husband.
It’s safe to say
my wardrobe has been boring, but thanks to Cable & Gauge, it looks like that’s
changing! I got the opportunity to choose two tops from their site, and these are the ones I chose.
I love the flowy, summery look of the coral top. The color is perfect for spring and summer. It’s light, airy and perfect for warm days.
The blue and white twist top is figure-flattering, and the fabric is ultra-soft with some stretch to it. I think this top would look great on anyone. Cable & Gauge makes this one in several patterns and solid colors.
I like that they have clothes for women, not teenagers and not “old-looking” clothes. It was fun to shop for myself for a change and get some things that looked great and fit well. I am feeling inspired to shop for myself again, and I'm looking at some more of Cable & Gauge's tops and dresses.
Oh, and check out the packaging. This is the box you'll get in the mail when you order from Cable & Gauge. It feels like a gift, which of course it is--to yourself!

Those are very cute shirts. The packaging is very nice too, great for a gift.
