I recently discovered Isabelle Grace Jewelry, and I'm so glad to be able to share it with you--just in time for Mother's Day.
I'd been looking for a personalized necklace for awhile, but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. This silver mini tag necklace from Isabelle Grace is exactly what I had in mind. I ordered mine with my children's initials, and the necklace comes with the little gold heart you see here, plus each initialed tag has a sparkly CZ in the corner.
You can also add gemstone charms to your necklace (may-be your birthstone?) along with your children's initials.
If you don't have children, creating one with your husband's and your initials would also be a great idea. Of course, these would also be wonderful gifts!
I am so happy with how mine turned out. It's perfect to wear every day, and it looks great layered too.
