This Giveaway Has Ended -- Woolzies Dryer Balls Review and Giveaway
When Woolzies offered to send me some of their dryer balls to try, it was perfect timing. Almost three years ago, I started using DIY laundry detergent, which has saved so much money, is eco-friendly, and has worked very well.
I've also been working on cutting out my use of dryer sheets. They contain chemicals, they're expensive, and can coat your towels, making them less absorbent. This is why you don't want to use dryer sheets with cloth diapers. You might also know that it's not recommended to use dryer sheets with children's flame-retardant pajamas.
Woolzies dryer balls solve all of these problems. If you're not familiar with dryer balls, they work by bouncing around in your dryer, naturally separating and creating space between your laundry allowing the hot dryer air to circulate better. This cuts down on drying time, saving time and money. Since I've been using Woolzies dryer balls, I've definitely noticed a difference in drying time. They do work to make your clothes soft too. And, unlike other dryer balls you may have seen, they don't make noise as they tumble around in the dryer. Because Woolzies are made from wool, they're very soft, so there's no loud banging noise as the dryer's running.
Woolzies dryer balls are made of 100% pure wool, and something I learned is that the company who makes them, gets them from Nepal. These dryer balls are all handmade by women who rely on this work as their source of income.
There are so many reasons to feel good about buying Woolzies. You can read more on the Woolzies site if you'd like to learn more or purchase some for yourself!
